Lisa Wingfield, aka Leise Winny, is a self-described realist with a great attitude, which seems like an oxymoron, but she, is an incredible social Entrepreneur, Host, and Producer through her commitment to her many roles. roleally works for her industry. Lisa started her career in corporate America and quickly realized she wasn’t meant to sit in a cubicle. She created a boutique recruiting business and eventually wanted to do more to give back. After following her heart, she helped found a local non-profit titled Madeit Foundation. Lisa led a career as a promising community advocate in her hometown of Baltimore for three amazing years. In 2018, she was named Twenty in Their Twenties by Towson University for social entrepreneurship. Lisa later followed her own advice “do your passion” and went into media starting the Minority Accessible Press Safeguard or MAPS Media. Lisa has since produced multiple Chartable Top Apple 200 podcasts and web-based shows. In 2020, Lisa’s show she produced and created Millennialz Anonymous won audio distinction from The Communicator Awards which is sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped improve outreach and understanding at MAPS Media. Lisa now s a full-time producer for Black Star Network.
Lisa currently holds a Master of Science in Management and Bachelors of Science in Psychology.
