Lisa Wingfield
Lisa Wingfield, aka Leise Winny, is a self-described realist with a great attitude, which seems like an oxymoron, but she, is an incredible social Entrepreneur, Host, and Producer through her commitment to her many roles. roleally works for her industry. Lisa started her career in corporate America and quickly realized she wasn’t meant to sit in a cubicle. She created a boutique recruiting business and eventually wanted to do more to give back. After following her heart, she helped found a local non-profit titled Madeit Foundation. Lisa led a career as a promising community advocate in her hometown of Baltimore for three amazing years. In 2018, she was named Twenty in Their Twenties by Towson University for social entrepreneurship. Lisa later followed her own advice “do your passion” and went into media starting the Minority Accessible Press Safeguard or MAPS Media. Lisa has since produced multiple Chartable Top Apple 200 podcasts and web-based shows. In 2020, Lisa’s show she produced and created Millennialz Anonymous won audio distinction from The Communicator Awards which is sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped improve outreach and understanding at MAPS Media. Lisa now s a full-time producer for Black Star Network.
Lisa currently holds a Master of Science in Management and Bachelors of Science in Psychology.

Leise has hosted on many different platforms with various topics. She has been a host of The Made Series for Madit Foundation Inc., Casual with Miles Brown, Millennials Anonymous podcast, Brunching radio show on Mile High Radio (based in Denver, Colorado), and WPIR 98.1FM (based in Cleveland, Ohio), WRDR Millennial Revolution Radio (Based in Durham, NC). Leise hosted web series for MAPS Media: Millennial Klass, Love Is Dope, 4The People of The People, Next Best Podcast, and Your Voice Is Your Key Podfest. She's appeared on other podcasts as; Sayith Loud with Karen Elle, Shots with Scoob, The 336 Pull Up and more. Leise is a featured Culture Crew Member on The Culture with Farajii Muhammad on Roland Martins Network The Black Star Network.
Leise, hosted a radio show in Maryland on WPIR 91.1 FM titled The Lunchboxx radio Show at 1pm on Wednesday's. Leise hosted a session with the Baltimore Innovation Week 2021 Using the Baltimore Podcast Community for New Businesses.
